I recently had the great opportunity to talk with 148Apps.com about our switch from developing with XNA for the XBLIG marketplace to Unity 3D and the iOS App Store. While we have yet to release a game on either, the switch still was a major change not only for me, but for the rest of the team adapting and learning new technology.
